Elizabethtown is a wonderful place to live and
raise a family. We have a beautiful, charming town
with a thriving downtown area and the amenities
of the Cape Fear River. The quality of life in our
community is second to none.
The Town Manager is appointed by Town Council to
serve as the Chief Administrator. The Manager coordinates
the activities of the various administrative and
operating departments of the Town, leads the financial
and budgetary planning process, assists the Town
Council in developing public policy and provides
staff support for the Town Council.
As Town Manager I am proud of the dedicated and
talented people we have working for Elizabethtown.
The employees of the Town of Elizabethtown strive
to meet the needs of citizens, who expect us to
provide a high level of service. The Town employees
help make this community a great place to live,
work and visit.
