This is notice to the public that on February 5, 2007, the Elizabethtown Town Council adopted a "Youth Protection Ordinance". The time limits of the curfew are outlined as follows:

Nighttime Time Limits - Non-School Nights - Between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 5:00 a.m.

School Nights - Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Out-of-School Suspension Time Limits - Between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on any school day.
