2.                  PRESENTATION – A presentation by Jim Ryan of INCODE, Inc. will be made at the noon Work Session concerning the INCODE financial and billing software package.

3.                  PUBLIC HEARING – CODE OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENT #CO-2007-01 – Consideration of Chapter 102:  Youth Protection Ordinance.  (The ordinance would create a curfew for youth under the age of 16.)

 

4.                  PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Map Amendment requested by Mr. William Corey to change property in the 200 Block N. Poplar Street from Residential-Agricultural (R-A) to Central Commercial (C-2), Case #RZ 1220064286.

 

5.                  PUBLIC HEARING – Special Use Permit Request – Mr. Harry Holcomb concerning an 896 sq. ft. accessory building at 293 Westwood Drive, Case #SU-1212069614.
