The Town of Elizabethtown is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Director. Performs difficult professional and administrative work; plans and organizes all activities related to Human Resources; administers the Town’s insurances; performs duties in the area of risk management and wellness; handles worker’s compensation; serves as grant coordinator, and responsible for Town’s webpage. Combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree with major coursework in personnel management, public administration or related field; experience in personnel management, preferably in local government and possession of a NC driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
